Be a A&S Journeyman at Gulf Wars

Do you wish you could spend all week in one of the GW Class areas (Al-Mahala, Performing Arts, Artisan’s Row etc.), auditing classes, stirring pots, working the bellows, working on your own research? Attend this meeting to learn more. Bring your schedule for the war.

 AR sign onlyDo you wish you could spend all week in one of the Artisan’s Row tents, auditing classes, stirring pots, working the bellows, working on your own research? Join the Artisan’s Row Journeyman program! Ages: 15 & up (15 – 17 with parent permission).

Journeyman work closely with an Artisan’s Row area coordinator (such as Metalworking, Textiles, Wet, Botanical, etc.) to learn about the topic in depth, as well as the logistics of running that area during Gulf Wars. Journeyman generally volunteer 3-4 hours per day in that area (or more) and gain volunteer points for all work time.

Please contact artisansrow@gulfwars.org if you want to participate, stating the topic or area of interest and your contact information. The Area coordinator will get in touch with you before the war, and meet with you on Monday from 3-4pm to work out the details.
